DAY 2 - Progress, Committed even in a Yuck Day!


So here goes with this 30 day journey! I did feel better today and let me qualify with how I would describe "better" stronger, having a game plan to rely on, knowing I have 60 min each day for me, value in myself :). I started the day with a workout in my backyard space and realized I get amazing morning sun. I have lived here for 6 years and someone never realized that until today. Perfect start to the day. Midday I heard that I did not get an internal job I applied for which I know is what is supposed to be but not always easy to initially hear. But think having done my workout this morning and meditation last night really helped. I just ate a healthy dinner a blend of veggies and Indian spiced lamb - super YUM! I REALLY wanted a cupcake that I saw as I walked out of the office but I just kept walking - happy about that decision now.

May 15 - Whole 30 followed it; workout 30 min TRX; mediation 30 min - will listen to my current favorite David Ji; morning weight 155lb (goal around 130 - btw height is 5'4"

Thought of the day - grateful of my health; felt stronger in my workout than expected.
