About to "press reset" - personal version of (control - alt - delete)

So been traveling for work tons and was to be honest just not into working out - have been semi active and semi watching my food, but doing all kind-off half ass. Was face-timing my sister the other day and by visual back at me was a little more buxom that think is saw in the mirror. Was like wow! (amazing based on popular culture and media) But also like wow! (need to check myself and get back into a healthier place). So this is my way of getting back to making some better day to day decisions but the basis for this is a little different for me this time. I have an infatuation with words so my two words guiding this are "fun" and "strong". Figure the rest will sort itself out in the wash. Going to daily track my journey towards fun and strength and share what is working and what is not. For today here is how I plan to attack both.

FUN - this one I am not sure but promise to do something fun before the end of the day

STRONG - booked a few new types of experiment workouts for next week; and will plan to install my TRX that has been sitting in my house for the last 3 weeks - doing it outside since most of the year I can work outside

Will track this for 30 days - looking forward - some step at a time - kc.
