30/30/30

Okay so hopefully 3rd time lucky - I have been failing miserably at both my reset and my writing. Think putting some attention in myself will also help improve a few other things that I want to see change (work, social life, travel schedule, taking life a little less seriously). I have sooooo much to be grateful for and have been letting silly things distract me.

I had an incredible moment while doing a Soul Cycle (a treat for myself yesterday). The Thought....don't think about what I should not have but that at any point I can have what I want it is always a choice I can make at any time. It was tied to the instructor actually doing an exercise I find impossible (super not coordinated to do this one move). Normally I would try and just get frustrated - instead I kept doing another exercise had fun and kept getting in a great workout. Within 2 min I went from frustrated to content.

Okay so 30/30/30 - what is it. First I like themes...

30 days: whole 30; 30 min of physically activity (something that makes me sweat); 30 min of meditation (thanks to Jackie for helping with the 3rd 30 :)! I simply like saying 30-30-30!

Today - May 14 - ran and TRX in my backyard; still need to mediate; and ate based on 30 (fair warning I am still reading all the details but no carbs, no dairy (mostly veges and protein) worst case I lean towards Paleo/Cave Man.

Day 1 - feel good (taking it slow) will add my weight starting tomorrow. Keeping is super REAL.
